Permanent exhibition. Imperial Monastery of San Clemente s. XII.

The exhibition "Templars and Other Military Orders" is based on pieces of weaponry, props, mockups, audiovisuals and information panels with rigorous chronological foundations that explain the birth, development and end of the Order of the Temple and other orders such as the Hospitaller, Teutonic, Calatrava, Santiago or Alcantara.

The exhibition presents the life and the cultural environment that surrounds the activity of the knights committed to safeguarding the places considered holy by Christianity., as well as its activity to protect lives and properties of those who participated in the battles against Muslims. His role in the formation of the Catholic kingdoms of the Iberian Peninsula was decisive.
